温控器是根据物体热涨冷缩原理制作而成的。热涨冷缩是物体的共性，但不同物体其热涨冷缩的程度不一样。
        温控器是根据物体热涨冷缩原理制作而成的。热涨冷缩是物体的共性，但不同物体其热涨冷缩的程度不一样。双金片的两面是不同物质的导体，在变化的温度下由于涨缩程度不一样而使双金片弯曲，碰到设定的触点或开关，使设定的电路（保护）开始工作。 
     这就是温控器的基本工作原理和制作思路。
